ACE-E Working Groups and Roles

Board of Trustees (BOT)

• Provides and reviews vision, mission, and goals
• Connects and coordinates Work Groups; grows and approves of appropriate budgets

Events Work Group (EWG)

• Plans and implements events to support the Work Groups and the Board of Trustees
• Sustains, recruits, and develops ACE-E organizational leadership with teambuilding collaborative events

Mentoring Work Group (MWG)

• Recruits, trains, implements, evaluates, and sustains the volunteer mentors from employers, communities, government, and military sectors in collaboration with publicly supported schools and their students

Post High School Work Group (PHSWG)

• Implements a Junior Tech Fellowship Program and world-class career mentoring initiative(s)
• Coordinates ACE PILOTS and computer related technologies used by students, parents /guardians /caregivers, teachers, administrators, and mentors for development of technological job skills and lifelong careers

Strategic Charter Work Group (SCWG)

• Identifies opportunities, needs, and resources; develops budget plans; recruits ACE-E members
• Tracks, measures, and publicizes successes
